Tap Referral → Referral Program → Refer a Friend → Copy & Share. Send your link to a friend.

Sign in and your referral link shows up in the box below. You can also tap the Referral button at the bottom-right, open Referral Program, then Refer a Friend. Copy your link and send it to a friend.

The small print, kept short

Good to know

  • Referral rewards are for new customers only. Your friend can’t already have an account or an earlier order with us.
  • Your friend needs to create their account through your link. If they sign up another way, the referral won’t count.
  • You need an account of your own, and you need to be signed in to see your link and your reward code.
  • Your friend gets 20% off their first order. It’s applied automatically at checkout.
  • You get a free 12oz bag of coffee once your friend’s first order ships. Your reward code works on a 12oz bag only.
  • Your reward code is sent by email and also shows under My Rewards in the Referral button.
  • If your friend’s first order is cancelled or fully refunded, both rewards are taken back.

FAQ

Who counts as a new customer?

Someone without an account who hasn't ordered from us before under the same name or email.

When do I get Free coffee bag?

Once your friend’s first order ships, sign in and tap the Referral button at the bottom-right, open My Rewards, and your free coffee bag code will be there. The code only shows when you’re signed in.

Where do I find my link?

Sign in, tap the Referral button at the bottom-left of the screen, open Referral Program, then tap Refer a friend now. Your link shows up there with a copy icon next to it. It only shows when you're signed in.

My friend signed up but I haven't got my reward. Why?

Check that they used your link and that their first order has shipped. If the order was cancelled or refunded, the rewards are removed. Still stuck? Email us at hello@whitecloudcoffee.com and we'll sort it out.
