Cowboy Blend

Satisfying deep flavor coffee! A cup (or two) of this is a great way to start the day!

Cowboy Blend Coffee

Great coffee! Comparable to the wonderful coffee I got in Costa Rica. Rich, complex, and wonderful if made with sub boiling water. Boil it, or perk it and it is bracing.

Compares to excellent Costa Rican coffee

After years of ordering coffee from Costa Rica I went in search of a blend that was similar. I found Cowboy Blend. As a mixture of beans with different roasting levels, it compares favorably with what I got from Costa Rica. The coffee is rich, dark, and powerful. If you want coffee with real character, Cowboy Blend is a good choice. I brew it at 170 degrees to avoid the acidic aspect resulting from boiling water. The brew lasts in the refrigerator for up to a week, though there is a gradual loss in the complex flavors. It is best just after steeping for 10 minutes. I use a french press and then triple filter the brew.

A Spectacular Coffee

For many years I got my coffee directly from Costa Rica. When my source became unavailable, I went looking for an equivalent coffee. I settled on White Cloud Cowboy Blend. If my Costa RIcan is a 10, Cowboy Blend is 8.75. It is made from three different beans, each roasted to a different darkness. I grind the beans and then make the coffee. I get a lot of complements on my coffee. It is well worth a try.

CowBoy Blend

I just got back from a trip to Pa. I sent CowBoy Blend ahead of me so I wouldn't have to drink Robusta !
Since the mid 1980's I have tried many different blends and roasts from WCM as well as other companies and always came back to CowBoy Blend.
I am so spoiled.
